The Wells Emberg Rotary Right Angle Hand Controls are ready to install, for 1996 to 2004 Dodge Caravan, Plymouth Voyager and Town and Country Mini-Vans with adjustable or fixed pedals. Only 2 holes are drilled for rigid permanent installation. On 2005 & newer Chrysler Corp. Mini-vans, knee bolster air bag does not have to be removed, but does need to be disconnected. No dash panels have to be removed or cut with our installation.
