Returns and Cancellations Policy

•We require that you cancel your order within 10 business days and return your item within 10 business days after shipping confirmation receipt.

•Items sold as used are not refundable or returnable. Items sold as new must be returned unused and in an uninstalled condition, with the original packaging provided. You must call with our 800 number for a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping your item.

•Buyers are required to return items in their original shipping and packaging.

•Buyer is responsible for return postage.

•There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.
