Hi Bill and Eric + of course Dave,
Once again I have nothing but the greatest respect for the work that you do and the way you have gone out of your way to get off on Friday by staying so late.
Bill you have been straightforward with me and now we have a new and hopefully ongoing relationship. I was not kidding when I said that I have made between 7 and 9 sales for
Access Mobility over the last 3 years and I expect to continue to send people your way as I meet those in need and I meet many at MS meetings, the VA and in the community.
Eric and Dave, you are the heart and soul of Access Mobility Systems and I mean that sincerely. As you both know I have researched and been to every dealer in the Puget Sound
area and I chose Access Mobility Systems because of the kind of people who worked there. You two are my main stays.
Frankly, Access Mobility Systems has been the only company that seemed to care about customers in a honest and caring manner. We have worked through lots of problems with my
previous van together and I honestly felt like I was important and even an integral part of those solutions.
Rentals, working with my sister, and working on my scooter, as well as the ongoing door clutch and ramp deployment problems, tail pipe problems, trailer hitches, were worked to a
very satisfactory solution at every occasion.
I wish to express my deep admiration for professionalism and kind help.
Sincerely,
Jim A. (June 2003 - Service)
P.S. To the new owners (I sincerely apologize for forgetting your names). Anyway to the new owners,
I hope you keep in mind that service is the hallmark of the business you bought. You have people working for you that should be commended and compensated for their dedication and quality of being.
I rejected to make more than 2 visits, 3 years ago to all other dealers because they were in the business for the almighty $ and had and have only fair to poor reputations for after sales service and
customer care. A high profit margin comes at a personal and repeat business cost.
Sorry if that sounds preachy but it really matters, especially to the disabled. Learn as much as you can
about the different disabilities that come in, it helps. Like those of us with MS have invisible difficulties
so do others. If I were in a position to work I'd love to work as a trainer for companies like yours.
Thank You!!
You folks made our vacation possible and we will call you again next time.
Mike & Joyce E. (August 2003 - Scooter Rental)
Mr. Richardson and Mr. Jackson:
On behalf of the City of Edmonds and the Fire Department, I wish to extend our appreciation for your
assistance at a motor vehicle accident on September 3 at 21018 Highway 99. According to Firefighter Clayton Smith a van was transporting a wheelchair-bound female passenger to a doctor's appointment
when the vehicle was involved in an accident. The van driver was subsequently transported to Stevens Hospital for evaluation, leaving the lady stranded. You both voluntarily came forward , and with you
own transport took the lady to her appointment, thereby extricating her from a difficult situation.
Thank you for "stepping up" to help a person in need. Your generosity and concern are admirable and we wish to acknowledge you for your excellent citizenship. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Thomas J. Tomberg
Fire Chief (September 2003 - Assistance at an accident)
Jeff,
Thanks again for everything you and your company did for us. We are very happy with the van & the freedom that comes with it.
