This is a bit late.................I want to say THANK YOU VERY,VERY much to Steve for the rental of the skooter for my cruise to Alaska in May. It was soooooooo wonderful to
have the scooter right there and ready on the Norwegian Star the day we sailed. It enabled me to see Alaska in a way I would never have been able to with my limited liabilities. Thank you so much!!!

Dear Sirs,
While I still lived in Mountlake terrace I saw an employee in the local Costco Store riding a scooter. I
asked her about it and she was lavish in her praise of both her scooter ans especially of your very fine service.
I went to your store and the representative that she was so pleased with was not available at the time
so I was placed in the hands of Bill. Bill spent two or three hours that day discussing the various models available and what would best suit my needs.
I was back in a day or two and Bill spent another hour or so with me and answered every question I
had. Bill recommended a Maxima scooter to me. I returned home, researched on the Web and agreed that the Pride Maxima was the right scooter for me.
I ordered the scooter for delivery to my new home in IDaho. After I ordered the scooter the
manufacturer decided to put on a $250 delivery charge to Idaho. You took it upon yourselves to load up the scooter and deliver it 500 miles to me here in southwest Idaho at no charge.
I use the scooter to go to the mall, to work in the yard, adn to go across athletic fields to little league
games. Without the Maxima I could do none of these things. I couldn't be more pleased.
Your service is absolutely outstanding and Bill is one of the finest representatives I have had the
pleasure of working with in 74 years. Thanks you all from the bottom of my heart.

the gas and brake hand controls for my car. The service that I received from you was excellent. The
installation was prompt and courteous. The hand controls surely fit my specifications. The lady inside
who was taking care of the paperwork on it for me as also polite and knowledge. If I know of anybody who needs anything in the way of vans, scooters, ramps or hand controls I will surely recommend them
